    All training services and backlog work that may be necessary is to be prepaid, if you require any regular bookkeeping services moving forward this will be invoiced weekly with a due date of 7 days from invoice.

    If you fail to pay for ongoing services provided, we will cease work and nothing further will be completed until payment is made, moving forward upfront payment will be required.
    Please be aware that a brief audit of your software file will be required at the beginning of the training process, to ensure what is currently in the file is correct and up to date. This also gives a better idea of what you specifically require and need to focus on and if there are any overdue obligations you need assistance in meeting.
